Licence renewal is now open for all nurses in Nova Scotia!
The licence renewal period opens today, August 20, 2025, and will close on October 31, 2025. To be eligible to practise on November 1, 2025, you must renew your licence before the renewal period ends. Please renew your licence as soon as possible to help you avoid the last-minute rush.
Please note: The annual renewal process is only for nurses holding full year practicing licences. Renew your 4-month conditional licence by its expiration date.
