The NSCN website has recently been updated to provide a clearer, more accessible, and user-friendly experience.
Over the past year, we’ve partnered with a user experience consultant and content writer to conduct a review of our website through an analytics analysis and a content audit. We are also grateful to members of the public, registrants, and applicants who participated in important website usability testing. The feedback and insights provided by these volunteers paved the way for impactful changes that enhanced nscn.ca for all users.
As a result of this work, we’ve refreshed content across our most-visited pages with the public and registrants in mind. We have simplified language, reduced duplication, and ensured greater accessibility through design, styling and formatting. We also made changes to enhance site navigation, introducing updated main and sidebar menus to help users find the information you need more efficiently.
