Tricia Lane, NP to Join NSCN Board

Board Update
May 8, 2023

Tricia Lane, NP, will join the NSCN Board for a term beginning on June 1, 2023. To learn more, read a summary of the election process and Tricia’s biography below.

Election Process

In early 2023, the process began to fill one upcoming vacancy on the NSCN Board. During the first call for nominations that ran February 28 – March 28, the NSCN Nominating Committee advanced one registrant for nomination to fill the vacancy. The By-laws required that we open a second call for applications, which ran from April 18-28. One additional applicant, Tricia Lane, also applied to sit on the NSCN Board. The nominee advanced in the first call later withdrew from the election. As a result, there remained one candidate for the Board vacancy, and an election was not required. Tricia Lane will be appointed to the Board by acclamation per NSCN By-law 10A.11.
