Public Health's Mandatory Vaccination Protocol

As per the Order of the Chief Medical Officer and Nova Scotia’s Health Protection Act Order, employers and operators in high risk settings, as well as employees, must adhere to the COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination Protocol for High-Risk Settings. This applies to health care workers (including nurses), long-term care workers and others who must be vaccinated against COVID-19 by November 30, 2021.

Important Renewal Information

To be eligible to practice on November 1, 2021, you must renew your licence before the renewal period ends on October 31, 2021.

The renewal period closes on October 31, 2021 which is a Sunday. Staff will be intermittently checking the online system on Sunday. However, to avoid an unexpected delay, we strongly encourage you to renew your licence as soon as possible.
