This form is for you if you are a recent graduate who has not yet taken the registration exam. Typically, this letter is for new graduates who want to apply to another nursing regulatory body. If you require a request Confirm Graduation from Nova Scotia Nursing Program form , please contact Registration at registration@nscn.ca and we will provide you with the required form and payment information.
Fees are in Canadian funds, includes the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), and must accompany your request. We will complete this request within 15 business days once we receive both the request and payment.
