Sexual Misconduct Online Module

The Sexual Misconduct Standard of Practice for Nurses sets out the legal and professional expectations of nurses irrespective of the nurse’s role or practice setting.

Sexual misconduct is sexual, sexually demeaning, or seductive behavior that is physical, verbal or non-verbal, made in-person or through written or electronic means, by a nurse towards a current client, former client, vulnerable former client or towards a colleague who does not consent.
